2023-11-29 Hotfix - change listing image error log to info log
In production we were getting papertrail errors like the ones below. We noticed that as MOHCD were migrating to the multi images they were no longer inputing the Photo URL field. This was causing the frontend to throw these false negatives even though everything was working as expected.
