License clarification: Wrong license in setup.py and on pypi #20

Hi everyone,

the license file and the github repo read LGPL3 and the setup.py file mentions MIT, which I think is a mistake.

On Pypi the Apache license is listed: https://pypi.org/project/pycp2k/ (which I also think is a mistake). This should be clarified.
