E and W Donegal island errors

Four islands in the bay North of Donegal are included in both VCH34 and VCH35 (they should probably be VCH34).

An island in Meenlaragh bay is included in both counties (should be VCH35).

A spit of land near Portnablagh is wrongly included in VCH34 rather than in VCH35.

The five overlapping area issues (but not Portnablagh) are shown in the attached geo jason file.

1. Flat Island Rock (the spit near Portnablagh, actually an island) was removed from H34 by Boggedy: https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/45432769 ; I have now added it correctly to H35 in https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/58007752#map=19/55.18383/-7.92659. Not yet on github.

2. Currently on OSM all the islands near Donegal are in H34 and not in H35. We may need to check on the N-most island near Donegal.
