Scout-users in Lund use a large overview chart showing coverage for all chromosomes together with annotations for runs of heterozygosity and uniparental disomy. This would be highly useful for them to be able to see in Gens.
Here for an HG002 trio run:
One alternative is adding this information as annotation tracks. This does not solve the ability to get a quick-glance overview of all chromosomes though.
Another alternative would be adding a separate view in Gens where only coverage (or BAF) is shown for all chromosomes, together with annotations, next to or overlayed.
