UIDMapping is 'required' by FoDicomAnonymiser extraction component but there is no auto creation code #124

Describe the bug

If you remove this setting the extraction wont work since it will fail checks

Expected behavior
Following changes are required

Field should be optional
If populated with a valid database the system should offer to create the UID mapping tables if they are not existing in the database referenced
