As part of assessing and demonstrating the value of multi-cloud data storage using CDMI, it would be useful to create a large table that lists all of the functionality provided by the big three cloud vendor's object storage interfaces (AWS, Google, Azure), and provide over the wire examples of each operation.

This will demonstrate coverage and the ability for CDMI to be used as an abstraction layer for multi-cloud apps.

For ease of editing, let's use markdown with each of the four examples as subheadings under a heading describing the function. e.g.

Read a byte range of the object's value

We should omit authentication from the examples.

TC advises us that we should make this a new work item.
