I'm not sure the
/images/
links work as I hope; perhaps somebody who is more familiar with Github pages could chime in with a recommendation for how exactly to solve this. The proposed approach has the obvious flaw that you cannot verify the image links from the source.I recovered the images by drafting a post on Stack Overflow with a link to the image I wanted to capture, then downloaded it and added it to Git.
The same could be done with the links from the meeting transcripts but I'm really not convinced they are useful. Should the images perhaps be inlined into the transcript if they are supposed to actually communicate something?
