Problem Description

The "value" of customizable enums currently only allows characters and numbers.

For Tuberculosis A and B the value that comes in form the lab message is defined as "A+B" which is not possible in SORMAS at the moment.

Proposed Change

Allow the use of special characters in the "value" field of customizable enums

Added Value/Benefit

The system becomes more compatible with different data definitions from other systems.
