Short latency skymap plot sometimes shows 0 as the distance.

This happens because for some reason, the skymap that gets loaded has inconsistent ordering of DISTMU, DISTSIGMA, and DISTNORM. Reason unclear.

See here - how are the skymaps unpacked? is prob just an array? or a multiorder dict? @nixnyxnyx

Closed, confusion was due to difference between max probability and distMean
