View iterators need to be annotated with BLAZE_HOST_DEVICE as for the expressions (see 6c259c5)

This is required to make views compatible with the CUDA kernels. Any help is welcome as it is a rather tedious task. I presume there should be a way to do that easily using sed (which is how I did for the expressions as far as I remember).
