Visualisation suggestions

We recieved a lot of feedback for visualisation. Current issues:

• Fix Sylvia's breaking bug with an EAGLE_6 COLIBRE run
• Add angle and position centering for images
• Add non-square image generation
• Add a better API for visualising derived fields?

Another nice thing would be the option to add the correct coordinates to the maps (i.e. making sure the correct extent is passed to imshow). This would help to avoid confusion which axis is the x / y axis and which direction the axis points to.

If interesting objects are identified for example in the velociraptor output and their coordinates are known, it would be easier to mark them in the image.
