command "MpSigStub.exe /stub 1.1.18500.10 /payload <defintion_new_version>" doesn't do anything #12

so i ran the command "MpSigStub.exe /stub 1.1.18500.10 /payload 1.407.699.0", and for some reason it does nothing, no output, no nothing, i tried downloading the file i bypassed but it still alerted windows defender

What's your platform version?

windows 11 Education, OS build: 22621.3296, python 3.12.2,
its an old school computer that im trying to get into, i dont want to reset it as there is some files on here that i need(my old school stuff)

I meant which version of the Windows Defender platform do you have.
The vulnerability is compatible with Windows Defender platform version 4.18.2302.7 and earlier.
I guess you have a platform with a patch to the vulnerability
