https://map.safecast.org/?y=37.55&x=140.51&z=8&l=2&m=2 has image imbeds that come from rt.safecast.org

Safecast_Map

We'd like to get rid of these so we can decomission rt.safecast.org and reduce database load on api.

Once this is done, open an issue to decommision rt.safecast.org

Per @jamoross we might be able to get away with just removing the images and linking to something like grafana in a new window.

Over time these sensors will start going offline anyway.

We still have to find a solution for hardware coded devices that uses rt.safecast.org as a gateway before we can shut down the instance at INIZ. Those devices need to be updated manually. We have to make a list of those devices. And let them send the data directly to TTserve.

Assigning @Frangible since it sounds like he'll be able to work on this
