Point from @jamoross is that it might be best to start where you are then compare the same time of day across the globe. |
If you can make it flexible so you can define whatever time you want as reference it would be even better - but the reason we wanted some time gap is to allow all sensors to post their data. Perhaps experimenting with a few scenarios would be great to see what really works.
