As above youtube allows (and kinda demands) a backup stream when broadcasting live.

Can we enhance the youtube server module to send the stream to both URLS, to stop the nag (and improve video quality etc).

Second backup stream has been set, but since the main stream has access to swarmcast if main fails the source of swarmcast also fails. Thus backup stream then has no source left to stream.

Re-work on this needed after @arpee think through the solution.
