Move yt-server endpoint

@SankaD has updated the websocket system so that modules can declare websocket endpoints.

This work is in the feature/806/websocket_server branch.

Can you create a new branch that incorporates the updates from Sanka and updates the youtube-server.js and youtube-client.js code to use new endpoint.

(we will still need the dev/prod check but now the port will just be the same as the main websockets.)
