Update the debug module to allow editing and deleting nodes and branches from the options 'tree'.

Find a method and ui options to make it possible to delete nodes and their children
Edit nodes

It would be best if editing could happen in place, and if saving happens on change with an immediate refresh.

Side task:

correct css to show a [-] when a node is expanded - indicating it can be contracted.
