Send Crypto to User Overlay

I think we need to improve the overlay when we open it with a target saito public key --
(a) display the identity of the recipient
(b) either filter the drop down menu of crypto to those where (i) I have a positive balance and (ii) target has receiving address or add a warning note that recipient cannot receive said crypto
(c) deactivate the receiving address input field so that I cannot type anything there
