This may be hard to fix as I don't have a macOS device, nor a way to emulate it. Noted and will attempt, though.

Also realized the little alert bubble on the bottom taskbar (below the servers) is not showing, the icons are a little too big, other than that it looks great

Same thing here on a 13-inch mac sorry if you are already looking into this, just thought I might share as I'm having the same issue it seems

Finally managed to get MacOS working on a VM, the step I was missing was spoofing an Intel CPU. Should be fixed once this issue is closed in a couple minutes' time.

I managed to fix the titlebar on Vesktop by turning on "Discord Titlebar" in Settings > Vesktop Settings.

I'm on MacOS though so I don't know if it will work for you on Arch.
