Add global bulk actions

It would be very useful to be able to perform actions on multiple feeds at once:

This layout would also lend itself to some feed stats e.g. last updated, downloaded/total episodes

Home assistant has an file editor addon which has this unfolding action button.

This would be especially useful if you have a long list of feeds, as it would mean that all of the actions follow the scroll.

It might be worth adding some kind of count to the trigger, in this case, to emphasise that the action is going to be performed on n feeds...
