What is the expected behavior?

• If I go to our work and try to hover the cursor on the project list is should highlight text. 1. Move the cursor on our projects. 2. Then move to the category and list of projects in the category. (https://screenpal.com/v/cZnoQtVdmQt)
• In header if i hover on different pages, text are not highlighted expect our work text(Page). 1. Move the cursor on our projects, SamagraX, Governance project...etc (https://screenpal.com/v/cZnoQvVdm61)
• Samagra logo in transparent layer looks in low quality it can be improved. 1. Logo in a transparent layer. (https://prnt.sc/In3_J5yh25HO)

What is motivation or use case for adding/changing the behavior?
