[Documentation] Cleanup ReadMe structure and Add Wiki

Adding a Wiki with the following structure:

• Setup ODK as a library
• Download forms from ZIP
• Customize the look and feel of the form interface
• Open form
• Prefill form
• Get form submission
• Listen to form events

Hey @charanpreet-samagra, I guess a person with write access to the repository will able to create a wiki. Could you look into this? As I am not able to create a Wiki. I know the process that how we can create a wiki. I am more than happy to create if somehow I will get access or will link a docs draft where all the steps are mentioned that is required for Wiki.
