[Docs] Logging Docs

Refer #15 and expand on the Logging section of Stencil docs making it more comprehensive.
Add the following information:

• Information around how stencil approaches logging
• Information around what services stencil uses for logging
• Information on how to setup logging using stencil-cli
• Information on the supported features
• Comprehensive documentation on the capabilities of each feature
• Section on known bugs and their documentation
• A small comparison study via a sample project/video on how much stencil simplifies adding logging to your api

NOTE: The above list is not an esxhaustive list and will keep getting updated as we keep getting more feedback.

Logging docs to be modified once we implement default axiom logging in the logger itself. Ticket to track this :- #72
