When the phone is charging or linked to the USB interface of a PC,it would not be able to be started to system by pressing the power key or boot to fastboot by volume- and power key.What I can do only is to start my phone by pressing the volume+ and power keys for several seconds.The bug would not happen when the phone is not charging or not linked to a PC.
