just ran succession on my XS Max iOS 13.3. i believe it ran successfully, but now my device is stuck on an Apple logo with a progress bar that is full/complete. it's been about 10mins, i came here to see if there were any previously reported issues before I try to hard restart it. i have ran succession on this device before without any issues.

so i did a hard restart, the device booted up, the Apple logo with progress appeared and ran again, this time successfully all the way until "Hello" setup screen displayed (yayyyy!! thank you, Jesus!!!)

one thing I did during this Succession run that I don't normally do-I left the it plugged in charging. could this have caused this issue, hMmm...?

Unfortunately this is a bug in SBDataReset (Apple's code) and there's nothing I can do about it. It works fine but for some reason hangs at the end. The device isn't jailbroken at that point and all of my stuff has long been deleted, so there's no way that I could trigger a reboot :(

I'll leave this open so that hopefully people will find it.

Added an additional warning, that tells the user that in case the device is stuck on the restore line, that they should “force reboot” their device. Added

The same thing stuck on Apple logo but you need to make a hard reset at the end of the process and everything will be fine. .
Just use this as the last resort.
