Somewhere there needs to be some kind of MAUI example for the latest tooling.

MAUI templates in VS 2k22 latest do not support any framework lower than .net 8
Emulators crash not finding System.Runtime, and in any case how can we target older tvs?
Cannot seem to downgrade the MAUI apps to make them compatible
Docs are out of date, with walkthroughs for MAUI showing old templates and with incorrect info on how to get the çertificates working
Cannot seem to get things published as selfcontained as a workaround either.

All in all the MAUI tooling is broken for Samsung stuff, going back to NUI or Forms
