Beta Release 1.0.0 of BIR Waste Watch for Home Assistant

What's New:

• Creates dynamic sensors for various waste types (Mixed Waste, Paper & Plastic, Food Waste) based on the data collected
• Sources the data from bir.no using basic web scraping. No public API available as of now.
• Easy setup via Home Assistant's UI
• Option for setting custom update intervals
