Please resolve this issue. Here is some additional context:

  • the application should show a pop-up saying "welcome to ShoopDaLoop!" upon first start-up.
  • the pop-up should be inplemented in QML.
  • Qt's built-in state persistence features should be used for tracking whether the application is being started for the first time.
