Android Cut, Copy, and Paste Popup Overlays Toolbar in First Line

Currently, when a user selects text in the app, the default Android cut, copy, and paste popup appears, but it overlays toolbar buttons like bold, italic, and underline. This issue prevents the user from properly highlighting and changing the formatting of text if it’s in the first line of the note.

We need to explore a solutions, one could be to conditionally display the cut/copy/paste popup below the selected text if it’s in the first line to avoid conflicts with the toolbar.
