When a MONITOR for host, which resource, has been disabled,it's been requested to the im_mad raises an exception.

Line 120 in 128f444

if self._config.resources[ resname ][ 'enable' ].lower() == 'false':

Discovered hosts, for disable resources, should be disabled.
