We need to test the RESTART_FILES GridWay job template option to retrieve at regular intervals the remote DB file.

The DB can be include as INPUT_FILES and merged using this piece of script:
https://github.com/kd8bny/sqlMerge/blob/master/sqlMerge.py

The challenge will be to subscribe to CHECKPOINT jobs events.

First steps are to test the above option and restarted jobs.
