Very large images slow doen napari significantly, a hacky workaround right now for annotating large objects in these large stiched images is to scale down the image.
Below are some parameters that seem to work for a few sampled images.
For perfroming simple intensity based segmentation of ducts in tissues, use the parameters:sigma=5,threshold_method="Li",anno_img_depth = "8bit",smallest_object_area = 10000
For generating/editing annotation of ducts in tissues, use the parameters:large_image = yes, anno_img_depth = "8bit",scale_factor = 10
