When preparing a satellite to track that is below the horizon it will show a negative elevation value like for example -0.244º, the rotator will not move until the satellite is above horizon because it can't interpret a negative elevation. So if you are sequentially tracking satellites it won't queue up to the next satellite until it's above the horizon. This is a problem that started recently as before no satellite below horizon would show a value below 0º

Tested on the latest nightly.
