Don't use direct URL's for products specific installation in robottelo.properties file

I see that we are using two separate variables for same URL for satellite-maintain. Also, one of which is in robottelo.properties file.

We need to change this, and maintain such repo urls like we do for sat and capsule, source them outside of our testing env in the build phase itself.

To simply, source all Sat , tools, capsule, maintain URL's at the trigger/provisioning job and then pass it along the pipeline.
