Currently, all robottelo-ci scripts are in one single directory called
scripts, we need to separate these scripts into its own directory structure.scripts --> sat6-dev -- > scripts related to dev tasks
scripts --> sat6-qe --> scripts related to qe automation tasks ( satellite6-automation.sh, installer.sh and so on)
scripts --> soak-infra --> scripts related to soak infra
scripts --> templates --> scripts related to template files .
