Support processing a single test file, or a directory of test files #3

At the test tool level, support multiple -test xxx parameters, where xxx can be either a file or a directory. If it's a directory, recursively walk it, processing any file with the .cuke extension.

Hmm, not sure about .cuke, but we'd want some way to indicate that it's an input file.
