Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Users need the ability to filter workspaces by tags within the Scalr VSCode extension. Without this feature, managing and locating specific workspaces among many becomes difficult, especially when users rely on tags for organization and categorization.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add functionality to the Scalr VSCode extension that allows users to filter workspaces by tags. This could be implemented as a dropdown or a search field where users can select or input tags to quickly filter the workspace list, showing only the workspaces with matching tags. If multiple are given - workspace must have all tags.

Describe alternatives you've considered

  1. Manually scrolling through the workspace list to find the desired workspaces, which is inefficient.
  2. Using the Scalr UI, which might offer tag filtering, but this requires switching contexts from the VSCode environment.

Additional context
Tag-based filtering would greatly enhance user productivity, especially for users managing a large number of workspaces across different projects and environments. The extension should pull the available tags dynamically from Scalr to ensure up-to-date options for filtering.
