Perform subclustering of molecular cartography data to explore dataset more (R1-1)

The Molecular Cartography data is clustered at a high level of major cell types and we don't explore more granular cell types (moncytes, macrophages, neutrophils) in the manuscript. Perform sub clustering for immune cell types to highlight their spatial distribution and abundance.
