Request: Ignore hotkey

Would it be posible to have the option to ignore the hotkey activation when on a fullscreen program?

Currently, this is not possible in Gnome-Pie. However - at least on X11 - something like this should be possible to implement!
However, I'll not have to work on this in the near future. If anybody wants to implement it, I would happily receive a pull request!
