We should run the analyses in tasks so that when the tasks hit a certain time limit they reject the analysis assuming it will fail.

@vchuravy this glorious repo is actually coming together now, so I need your help with putting timing limits on runtimes through tasks. Do you have a quick example of what that looks like?
