TODO: think through this set of functionality after #14 is complete

  • Show a table of past proposals and their status
  • Show how many of the votes aggregated on L2 have so-far been passed to L1
  • Possibly show the bridge call history and maybe the status of any open bridge calls, possibly using WormholeScan
  • Question (nice to have): should we show a button allowing users to perform the bridge themselves should they choose (see below)
