Explore sending anvil to background during bun run test

          scrapped the anvil remote since that doesnt make sense (sorry!).

i was indeed trying to send anvil to the background (and the kill the process after) as we run the tests, but the tests weren't awaiting any async stuff, so tests were failing; wanting to still figure that out tho.
