Resolve Octopodadae classification issue

Something within the taxa classification was easily confused when casually talking about octopus. Need to revisit this specific phylogeny to gather specifics. I believe this came up as an issue in the 2024 ARTIS Exchange when filtering/grouping by various octopodadae related classification levels. Can be misleading and lead to unexpected results. The fix would be to assign a more inclusive taxa classification to octopus products in HS codes.
