marquee组件存在的问题 #23

marquee组件开始滚动的时间有点长
并没有设置delay
可能是设置的interval太慢的影响

该组件还有一个问题：滚动的时候不流畅，略卡，考虑多加个keyframes(现在只加了0%和100%)

在ie浏览器下滚动失效
