bluetooth devices not recognized on android 14

I am not sure of this is bug or some limitation of android. I have w phones 1. Old Xiaomi mi a3 with lineage os 20 (android 13) and app seems to be working ok. When scanning devices I see the names / details of most of them (manufacture name or if this is smart tag or headphones) but on the second phone Samsung Galaxy s23 with android 14 It detects devices but everywhere is N/A, no description what kind device it is.
