Display tooltip when hovering over "How to use search" items with examples how to use certain type of search

Can I ask what is wrong with the current solution? I am not a fan of having tooltips when they are not necessary.

Also are you trying to put ALL of this information in a tooltip? Why not have a help? text (similar to advanced search) that will pop up this dialogue ONLY when you need to help on how to search.

Agree with @AmasiaNalbandian, we moved away from having a tooltip in the past, so that this info would be visible to new users. Let's try to improve the look, but keep the way it works.
