Spawn Protection - misc

I couldn't get spawn protection to work I see glow shell randomly on spawn. I can still damage enemy during spawn. running with no errors default settings.

Can't find options for unlimited ammo for both primary and secondary other than unlimited ammo on kill.

How do I add team specific spawns? The spawn editor menu only adds random team spawns.
