<header>INTORDUCTION</header>
<p>[Internet infrastructure] is an array of remote hardware, software and wetware working to send and receive information to/from various systems. Every instance of a page loading on a computer's web browser, every browser advertisement squashing into your screen, a Really Simple Syndication (RSS) feed streaming into a reader, or a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) call being made represents this complex internet infrastructure. Its basic components include data centers, networks, servers, storage devices, server applications, and the most important, users in front of their monitors.</p>
<p>[Deepsea] is the lowest layer in the ocean, existing below the thermocline and above the seabed, at a depth of 1000 fathoms (1800 m) or more. Little or no light penetrates this part of the ocean and most of the organisms that live there rely for subsistence on falling organic matter produced in the photic zone. For this reason scientists once assumed that life would be sparse in the deep ocean but virtually every probe has revealed that, on the contrary, life is abundant in the deep ocean.</p>
<p>[Anthropology] is the study of homo sapiens, past and present, that draws and builds upon knowledge from the social sciences and biological sciences, as well as the humanities and the natural sciences. </p>
<p>It is essential to emphasize beforehand that since deepsea homo sapiens has been isolated far from continental homo sapiens, consequently, they varies a lot both biologically and culturally. Traditional anthropology research methods are no longer valid under such circumstance. Therefore, a new discipline - which is Deepsea Anthropology- must be founded in order to have a better understanding of this new homo sapiens subspecies, culturally and aesthetically within our current research scope.</p>
<p>The 4th volume of IIADA mainly focuses on an ancient witchcraft named Deepsea Arcana, which was originated in the 2000s, and operates based on the arts of “share”[1]. Since the ancient witchcraft and religions are the theoretical principal of the Deep Sea Arcana, at that time, it is believed by deepsea homo sapiens that by forwarding the portraits of certain deities, good luck will be delivered while evil be perished. The more sharing there is, the wider the blessing will spread.</p>
<p>[1] A long-sunk technique used by the deepsea homo sapiens of the 21st century to share information with other individuals through social network service. </p>

<p>Avalokiteśvara has the vast compassion of equality and selflessness towards all living things. It is commonly believed by the deepsea homo sapiens that when any living creature encounters any difficulty and misery, if only they could praise the Avalokiteśvara piously while sharing his portrait, Avalokiteśvara’s rescue would eventually arrive.</p>

<p>Cyprinus carpio haematopterus, AKA nishikigoi, represents a successful life and a triumphant governmental career. Historically, nishikigoi was originally an ornamental fish which only got popular among royal families and nobilities. It later spread to the folks and became the symbol of auspiciousness and happiness.
