[BUG] Global emotes (7tv, BTTV, FFZ) aren't loaded and not displayed in emote menu

When opening 7TV emote menu, Global emotes (7tv, BTTV, FFZ) aren't loaded and not displayed

Steps To Reproduce

Open any chat on the twitch
Open 7TV emote menu
Open 7TV tab, BTTV tab, FFZ tab

I have also been trying to solve this issue for a while. I'm on 7TV 3.0.16 stable version, and Chrome Version 124.0.6367.118. 7TV just randomly stops working completely around 2 - 4 times per hour on each stream I'm watching (usually 2). I'm able to solve it by refreshing the page a few times. This happens when 7TV is installed alone, and when 7TV is installed with FFZ. This does not happen when 7TV extension is not installed, but you turn on 7TV emotes with FFZ. This also happens both on streams where I am subbed and not subbed. Hopefully the cause can be identified.

We hear havin' multiple streams ( snipes ) open may cause this, tho currently in Forsen's 7tv channel, nothing's apeparin' tho People appear to still be usin' the emotes.

Think that chat bein' overflown with input has always caused issues and lag and that it may be 'cuz of traffic that this issue persists..? Though, what's the solution if so, Hide/disable or pop out chat comes to mind but there's not much else, is there..?
Disabled BTTV and seemed better for 2 days but now the issue's back, only in some channels, that have a lot of traffic/multiple snipes opened...
