I have searched the existing issues

This feature does not exist in the latest nightly version

I have checked the latest nightly version

Feature Description

I don't know if this function now exists on 7tv (I already looked, maybe it passed).

But on BTTV the message that you are mentioned is pinned at the top of the chat (below the subs/bits ranking)
